Professional Experience and Areas of Concentration

Robert Bacaj’s practice focuses on litigation and administrative law, primarily focusing on professional negligence defense and professional licensing defense. 

Robert received his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where he graduated third in hiclass. Before entering into private practice, he clerked for the Honorable Monica M. Márque of the Colorado Supreme Court and the Honorable Elizabeth L. Harris of the Colorado Court of Appeals.

In his free time, Robert enjoys cycling, hiking, following world championship chess, and spending time with his family.
